This applies regardless of any previous fertility-related appointments you may have had with other providers.

In this session, we delve into a comprehensive review of your cycle charting, medical, hormonal, and menstrual history, along with fertile signs. We cover all logistical details and are here to address any questions you may have. Virtual appointments are available for those not requiring a Pap smear, and we offer in-office or draw station options as needed for lab work. If you're planning an Intrauterine Insemination (IUI) with fresh sperm, we equip you with clear instructions for sample preparation (sperm washing) and outline the necessary testing requirements.

This offering includes:

• Discussion of general information about fertility, cycle health and charting tools.

• Health history intake, and cycle history, we will co-create an individualized conception plan and discuss ways to optimize your fertility through nutrition, herbs, supplements, complimentary modalities and lifestyle changes.

• Customized charting support through 3 cycles - we will discuss ways to optimize your fertility in real time, and explore your ideal conception window based on the information gleaned from your chart and your fertile signs.
