PreConception & Fertility

For many individuals and families, the childbearing year begins months or years prior to conception. We offer fertility and conception support for folks just beginning to explore their options to those seeking holistic fertility guidance in order to optimize their cycle, to families ready to conceive through IUI at home. We kindly request this 60-minute session precedes your insemination appointment.

Home Insemination (IUI)

Intrauterine Insemination (IUI) is a simple and gentle insemination procedure performed in the comfort of your home or our office. IUI increases the chances of conception when using frozen sperm and has twice the success rate compared to vaginal insemination. We provide phone and email support until you conceive or no longer need IUI services.

Follow Up

Following your preconception visit and however many inseminations you choose to do with us, we will remain available for three months via phone and email to review your lab work, cycle charting, and create a personalized fertility plan moving forward. You are welcome to opt for ongoing care from our practice throughout your pregnancy, birth and postpartum.
